Center 1

 

Base Ten Exchange

 1. Each player takes a turn rolling the dice

2. Collect cubes to show the number on your dice

3. Make an exchange for a long (10) when you get 10 cubes.

4. The first player to get to 100 wins the round.

 

Center 2

 

Coin Exchange

1. You will need 2 dice, 10 dimes, 10 nickels, and 20 pennies to play the game.

2. Each player takes a turn rolling the dice.

3. Take that amount of money from the bank.

4. Exchange pennies for nickels or nickels for dimes when necessary.

5. The game is over when all the dimes are gone.

6. The player with the most money wins.

 

 

Center 3

 

Beat the Calculator

1. Decide which player is the calculator and which player is the brain.

2. Draw an addition fact card

3. Race to see if the brain or calculator tells the sum first.

4. The winner of each round takes a penny from the bank.

5. The game is over when all the pennies are gone. 

6. The player with the most money wins.

1. Take turns adding facts to advance your jet ski to win the race.

1. Each player draws 2 cards

2. Add your cards and find the sum

3. The player with the highest sum wins both cards

 

Digit Game (cannot use 10 cards)

1. Each player draws 2 cards

2. Tell what your two digit number is

3. Player with the highest number
